Would it make sense to make this accessible as a value in the program instead of just printing it at the end? I don't have a clear idea yet where to store this information, or where to best access it though.

Hi @tmadlener , yes I think we should decide to store it as metadata, but in the mean time users might want to know the XS of their generated process w/o having to re-run a standalone Pythia macro
