Changes for the new nightly builds from scratch #583

Many packages were updated. Includes https://github.com/HEP-FCC/FCCAnalyses/pull/373 and https://github.com/HEP-FCC/k4RecCalorimeter/pull/81 to build with a newer onnxruntime and https://github.com/HEP-FCC/FCCAnalyses/pull/374 to build with a newer ACTS. I also did some cleanup of older versions.

Everything seems to be fine after setting the C++ standard of xrootd, so I'm merging since this is what is being used to build the nightlies right now.
