Add a new MarlinMLFlavorTagging package that runs ML Flavor Tagging inside a Marlin processor.

Do we add it to the nightlies?

It would be nice to have it there for easier access. It builds (and runs) locally for me as well as on top of the current nightlies on Alma9, so it should be fairly safe to add it.
