OPENDATADETECTOR changing to OPENDATADETECTOR_DATA #652

The OPENDATADETECTOR env variable was upstreamed to spack (https://github.com/spack/spack/pull/46511) and there it has been called OPENDATADETECTOR_DATA, so starting today Key4hep sets both but at some point OPENDATADETECTOR will be removed. @Zehvogel
