Clicking the tray icon to have that popup window show up feels unnatural.
I can't find a way to click the icon and open the real application.
Using Keybase is a multiple step: click tray icon, click hamburger icon, click Open Keybase.
Right-click and left-click have the same behavior (open popup window). Ideally, right-click should open a menu with some options (e.g. quit app).
You can copy the start menu shortcut (which points to %localappdata%\Keybase\gui\Keybase.exe) to the desktop or taskbar or wherever
