No Notifications in Android P #12181

Version 2.0.1 on Android P PPP2.180412.013 Unable to turn Notifications on - the app makes no notifications, and in App Info it is set to off. screenshot_20180603-214310

I have also noticed this on 8.1.0(OPM4.171019.016.B1) running on a Pixel 2 also on Keybase 2.0.1.
