On the web UI, the Hacker News proof line's username link displays as notamoose but links to https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=NotAMoose
- This URL resolves correctly
On the desktop client, the username link displays as notamoose@hackernews and links to https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=notamoose
- This URL gives a 404 with No such user.

In both cases, the proof link is correct, even though it's the very same profile page.
