Can't login on MacOS #19382

After installing keybase on MacOS and trying to login, I get this error: Secret store not functional: error while retrieving secret: Secret store error: No secret found for test_ss_gif7ciik Error code 218: GENERIC in method keybase.1.login.login

I was able to install and login on Android.

This issue might be a dup of https://github.com/keybase/client/issues/18257#issuecomment-533370589

If so, pls consider closing this issue and :+1:'ing that initial issue-starter :)
