Feature request: block chat messages from strangers #19504

I have reached the point where I am afraid to look at my messages because accounts with icons of half naked men are sending them. Please allow us a way of blocking either all chat messages or messages from people we don't follow.

I received a lot spam messages in the past week. I will have to stop using Keybase if it gets too noisy like this.

Perhaps a score based on connected accounts / proven identities. User sets a threshold who can spam.

As in related #19645, what I'm seeing in the case of the 'spacedrop' or whatever it is account that's been unrelentingly spamming about cryptocurrency, my only option is 'unblock' despite never having blocked (or indeed, seen) this user before.
