It installs and runs and there is an icon in the tray, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to run the command line interface to create a GPG key.
How does one start the command line interface on Windows 10? I might be able to make a key using Debian for Windows, but then I'm not sure how to tell keybase to use it.
FWIW, I did manage to create a PGP key through the identities section of my profile. Is that how one is expected to do so? If so, I might suggest some documentation around that.
I installed keybase using the Windows msi from https://keybase.io/docs/the_app/install_windows

Help?
Thanks,
