It takes time for us to free up the space on the backend. So if you only just deleted them, it might not be reflected for a little while. Also, there are plenty of bugs in quota tracking, especially for older users, so you may be hitting one of those. In any case, if you come close to hitting your quota limit and need more space, and it seems like we have a bug, we can definitely help you fix it at that time, just let us know.
I use the windows client of keybase with dokan to mount a drive to manage my files. I have recently clean all my private and public foldes (they are all empty). But I don't have 250 Go available, KBFS considers that I always use 51.5 Go and I don't understand why.
