Stuck at Loading screen #24788

Keybase GUI Version: 5.9.0-20211216221810+9b33c9201f.

I recently joined a mentoring program, and the teacher uses Keybase.

She asked me to update my profile pic, so I did. But after I updated it, there's some error saying I need to login.

I couldn't login through the app, so I used the site. But I don't have the password anymore because I thought my browser would have saved the password (it was a long password). Password lost, so I used the "forgot password" function.

It says I need to login to the app. Since I can't access the app, I used the other option of clearing my account.

I was expecting to be redirected somewhere after I do so. Nope, same screen no pop up nothing.

I created a new account! Uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app! And now my app is stuck at loading screen. I can login to the site but I cannot use any of keybase functions. So I can't use the app and I can't use the site. What should I do?

I am only using Keybase as a means to interact with my mentor. Wasn't expecting such a level of security just to talk with each other.
