keybase is abandoned #26950

Given the amount of spam in this Issues tracker, and the Reddit problem, I suspect Keybase may be abandoned.

Code is being updated though, but yeah... 3 of my proofs are failing, despite being where they are supposed to be ;)

Notice that all the spam that was here when you wrote this is gone, but new spam is in place

It's just that Github's spam problem is getting out of control even for maintained repos

I'm speculating, but both Twitter and Reddit have become pretty hostile to API users, so I'm guessing that's a reason why those are failing, though Facebook is failing too.
