Reset account with password not working #27945

I have tried both the desktop and Android app to reset my account. I have my password and can log in on the web. But my account is in lockdown mode.

I fill in the password on the app to reset, but clicking continue does absolutely nothing!

I want my personal information removed, but I need to reset the account. And no one from keybase nor Zoom are acknowledging any emails

This is borderline illegal to prohibit my personal information from being removed, especially while my old profile is publicly viewable online
