Windows 11 most recent update breaks Keybase #28213

Keybase GUI Version: 6.4.0-20240816115725+3212f60cc5

Already posted but I guess someone didn't like my verbiage, so let's try again. Most recent Windows Update breaks Keybase. Taskbar widget brings up window that states "...Starting up Keybase..." ad infinitum.

Pretty sure I already said that.

Also it would be totally sweet if Keybase itself didn't have 13 updates a day, thanks.
