Tray not on "top" #4827

Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.18-20161108170622+007a7ce

When I use the system tray icon for Keybase, to show my folders and so forward. It hides behind other windows that are open on the desktop. (Only above the desktop itself.) Using up to date version of Ubuntu MATE.

Same issue on windows 10. Clicking the icon in the system tray results in the resulting menu appearing behind the system tray.
