Can't use the keybase filesystem

When I try to access the keybase filesystem it timeouts.

I guess that my private key through gpg-agent is not yet supported by the application.

The file system doesn't use gpg/pgp at all, but maybe something else is getting tripped up.

@patrickxb @maxtaco: it seems like Resolve2 is taking forever? E.g.:

Are the network conditions in general bad? This is probably the first API call to be made.
