Windows blocks Dokan library update as being unsigned

The embedded Dokan 1.0.4.84 driver is being blocked by Windows as it claims it's unsigned.

After removing the Dokan driver and installing 1.0.3.1000 from https://github.com/dokan-dev/dokany/releases, KBFS appears to work just fine.

Sorry for the unsigned driver problems. The release that went out yesterday contains correctly signed ones.
