Keybase latest version dies upon opening after fresh install #9355

Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.34-20171027003854+8e989533a

There was an error trying to install the updater.

keybase.updater is not running
There was an error trying to install the service.

keybase.service is not running
There was an error trying to install the kbfs.

keybase.kbfs is not running

Please run `keybase log send` to report the error.

FYI I also sent the logs. Is there a way to downgrade to an older version of keybase?
