the diff will be messy until then.

You could change the base branch to be off of #40 to have a cleaner diff

unfortunately this branch has a "superset" of the commits in the reorg branch so the diff is messed up :cat:

i don't think the examples/secret_storage/secret_storage binary needs to be checked in
