prove my RIPE nic-hdl #1371

Please add a way to prove my nic-hdl in the RIPE database.

This is not really needed since you can protect the person object (the object name is "nic-hdl") with a mntner object which is authenticated with your PGP key.

Also, the purpose of the contacts in the RIPE database is to assist in operational matters and not to provide a generic directory.

Your nic-hdl in RIPE is something that is as personal as your twitter-account, eh? Why not? I can protect my twitter account with 2step auth too. You're not making your point clear.
