Sends email notifications even when disabled #1440

I have all notifications disabled, yet I keep getting these.

You follow @linuxaddicted on twitter, and now you both have public keys on Keybase, with signed twitter connections. This is cryptographic utopia! You should consider tracking them, which commences a signed record of their public key and identity announcements.

Please make it stop.

Extremely sorry about this. Looking into it now. It's likely a recent bug.

This is still going on? Even though I had and have the "Unsubscribe from all mail" ticked, a new option magically appeared "when someone I know joins, with a key I might want", ticked itself and started mailing me WHILE THE UNSUBSCRIBE FROM ALL is on.

This is an issue that seems to be recurring -- I'm positive it's by accident. I've seen both @maxtaco and @malgorithms take a crack at this issue and it seemed to have been resolved for that individual at that time. They're serious about not wanting to spam you, but keep in mind the software is still in alpha. Bugs like this are to be expected. Patience is a virtue!
