openpgp: invalid argument: cannot encrypt because recipient set shares no common algorithms #2112

Seeing the following:

$ keybase -version
keybase version 1.0.14-1
$ keybase pgp encrypt spiros -m "Test"
▶ ERROR openpgp: invalid argument: cannot encrypt because recipient set shares no common algorithms

If I run this key through gpg locally, I can send and receive messages just fine.

Issue remains in alpha:

$ keybase version
