Proving with local GnuPG key #2276

Hi,

I feel uncomfortable to upload my private GnuPG keys anywhere no matter how strongly they are encrypted. Could you add a way to prove my keybase key with my other GnuPG keys? By signing the keybase key with the other one, maybe?

Mostly over CLI.
