I saw the Facebook option to encrypt all messages between us and them using our public PGP key. Take a look on this security option https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10210174080486603&set=a.2880372606537.2154198.1176713976&type=3&theater

I believe that keybase.io should allow to us or use it by default.
