Private Chat Error #2802

When sending a chat using "keybase chat name test"

Using private conversation heihachi,name. 2017-02-07T22:18:24.273691 - [ERRO keybase standard.go:200] 001 server conversation TLF name mismatch: heihachi,name (files before name account reset 2017-02-08), expected heihachi,name

Happens after ignoring the folders and deleting them as well

Can you try restarting Keybase and trying again?

Can you do keybase log send and paste the hash of the report? Thanks!

I would post it but its stuck saying

This command will send recent keybase log entries to keybase.io for debugging purposes only.

These logs don’t include your private keys or encrypted data, but they will include filenames and other metadata keybase normally can’t read, for debugging purposes.

I have not reset my account but the person I'm trying to chat with has. It's been nearly 24 hours and still continues to not work (not sure if it was a server propagation bug).

The timer,blinx (files before blinx account reset 2017-02-12) folder continues to come back even after deleting it (bug?). I'm not sure if the chat is continuing to use the old keys and won't switch to the new key, but I can't figure out how to delete a chat (I'm not sure you can delete chat?).

This just started working today after blinx's device force logged out (randomly) and upon login attempt said "device has been revoked" and then a second login attempt made everything start working smoothly between us. Previous logouts + logins were unsuccessful, but this randomly forced one fixed it! 😄
