It seems you have revoked HN signature: https://keybase.io/promokis/sigchain#74177becc9b03bc49334128cba2dbbc265322def510a33d79c3e2bbc25e258590f
Perhaps re-do it (and update the content on your HN profile)?
I'm having the same issue. I have a karma level of "2" (which meets the requirement of "equal to or greater than 2"), but I keep getting an email from keybase stating it failed. You can see my valid proof here: https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=shuey187
And here's my sigchain: https://keybase.io/shuey/sigchain#fb647f2a471e7f04a1b71096dffa59c1c0d6119d6179eb1bc109bf264a8a3b590f
hi Shuey187 - with hacker news proofs you have to get the case sensitivity exactly right. You put Shuey187
in the form, but your HN username is shuey187
. With all the other services we can handle this fine, but not with HN. for example, note this doesn't work:
https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=Shuey187
just revoke your proof, make and post a new one, and you should be good.
Thanks so much Chris! I purposely tried not to screw that up with the case of the name and I STILL did :(. Thanks for catching it and letting me know! :)

I had to try this twice and realized that the website profile shows verified, but the windows desktop says hacker news is unreachable...even after closing and reopening the app:
Ran into same issue as styfle. Windows app claims the Hacker News verification did not work out, but when I go to web everything is ok.
Same here. Web says everything is a-ok.
@bunchoftrees your hackernews proof looks fine from here. Do you see about the same thing as styfle's screenshot? Could you send a log keybase log send
?
It doesn`t verify me on there, anyone could help?
