Hey, thanks for the ticket! Someone from the team will have to fill out the false positive report and hopefully this will go away soon.

Thanks for the link @zQueal , but it won't let us upload a sample larger than 100MB, and our installer is just over that.

If you look up "WS.Reputation.1", it is just some heuristic that means other Symantec users have not run that in large numbers. Our installer and executables are signed with an EV Code Signing Certificate, which required some extra vetting by the vendor, and therefore should not be blocked by a reasonable security product. I suggest you contact your security vendor and complain about this; there is little we can do on our end.
