SOCKSv5 Proxy Support #2932

When attempting to use the Keybase app at work, it permanently cannot connect.

I suspect this is due to the corporate proxies in place at work and Keybase is unable to make it through our transparent proxy, which is only for http/s.

Therefore, I'm requesting the option to configure a socks5 proxy from within the app to enable use for likely many corporate users.

Not just SOCKS, any proxy support would be welcome. They say it supports http proxies, but that has never worked correctly for me.
