Hangs with "Connecting UI services to crypto engine..." on windows #3362

I just installed keybase on my windows 7 64 bit PC. I see the keybase icon on the taskbar but on trying to open it, it shows the message "Connecting UI services to crypto engine...This may take a few seconds" and stays that way. I don't see any files in %appdata%\Keybase\logs\ In task manager I see 4 processes called Keybase and 2 called Keybase utility. Please help

Your files will be in %localappdata%\Keybase*.log Can you do a keybase log send and include the ID here? Thanks.

I just did keybase log send The ID is 9d2e3cf0ddd64b6f3689cb1c
