Help me get my lumens #3803

I transferred $40 worth of lumens to my coinbase account from my keybase account the lumens never made it to my coinbase account instead they went to a stellar Point account with the exact same address I put the memo and everything correct I don't know how this happened can someone help me please

Ask coinbase leaving them all the details (time, date and amount) they are able to deal with it .
