Suggestion: Use "Onion-Location" for Keybase website

The Keybase website is available within Tor at http://keybase5wmilwokqirssclfnsqrjdsi7jdir5wy7y7iu3tanwmtp6oid.onion, so "Onion-Location" can be used to advertise the onion site to the users. Once configured, Tor Browser users will see a purple suggestion pill at the URL bar displaying ".onion available".

Minor addition to this - the .onion currently appears to be offline.
