Currently Keybase allows for public folders which let anyone in the world view your public files (which are signed by Keybase). Also, Keybase allows you to create Git repos which are either private to you, or private to a Keybase team. I'd like to suggest that you add the ability to create a Keybase Git repo that is publicly readable for anyone in the world, the way public folders currently work (writing to the Keybasee Git public repo would still be restricted to you). This would enable people to use Keybase to support open source code development easier, allowing people to clone your publicly available Keybase Git repos.
