GUI shuts down immediately. #4045

Noticed Keybase hadn't been starting correctly and seemed to have been uninstalled. Reinstalled from 2018 installer. worked, but no way to upgrade. Uninstalled successfully. Downloaded and installed latest version. Worked fine. Made sure keybase was set to open on startup. Turned off computer.

2 days later, notice Keybase isn't running. Start it, GUI dies immediately with no explanation. CLI seems fine. Ran installer again and it worked but that doesn't seem very sustainable. Presumably something is going wrong when at shutdown or boot. (version: 5.7.0-20210622153854+e3826b703a on Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19041.1110])

A second reinstallation has cured the problem, Keybase GUI now operates OK after a cold restart.
