Reddit proof blocked on WSL Ubuntu

From WSL Ubuntu, the command keybase id fails to verify the Reddit proof:

✔ "amadan" on reddit failed: 403 Blocked (code=240) [cached 2023-01-17 13:30:12 JST]

Additionally, if I use keybase id amadan@reddit, I also get this line:

▶ ERROR Unmet remote assertions for user "amadan"

I could not find any info on these two messages. The output in my Windows shell on the same computer is fine:
