can someone please reset my password for keybase account, username: purvakdevops #4181

Hello, I tried all possible ways but somehow not able to login to my keybase account, seems like account is locked, not sure, can someone please help me resetting password or login to my keybase account?

I fear you are shouting into the void, @chrisnojima is possibly the only person doing anything on keybase, and no one is touching servers or replying to emails.

Sad but true... @tn-platform-machine, just for the sake of completeness, have you tried the many options under keybase passphrase [...] as well? What kind of error do you get?

Are you able to take a look at the logs? They will be on different places — depends on your operating system — but they might give you a clue about what's going on. In particular, you should get some clues if your account was locked (weird, unlikely) or if you just have the wrong password (more likely) or if there is a server error that is failing authentication (possible, but less likely).
