"command 'gpg' wasn't found" while gpg4win is installed #56

When I try to run keybase-installer, I get the error: "The command 'gpg' wasn't found, but I have installed gpg4win. If I typ "gpg" in the command promt, gpg starts. And I'm running Win Xp. (I may have 2 installations, but I don't know if this can be the source of the problem?)
