Proofing Hubzilla profiles #105

The profile/channel proof should be easy to post publicly, but there is a trick of the same profile/channel being able to simultaneously/identically exist on multiple Hubzilla instances which should probably be thought about while bringing support to Keybase or there will be multiple instances having proofs for all instances regardless of applying only to one.

While Hubzilla can federate with Mastodon (#72) and Diaspora*, it has no character limit that I know of. It's also possible to post a web page in Hubzilla (which is more like a blog post on other services) which could probably be used for easier proof addresses.

keybase/keybase-issues#2948 might be of interest where they discuss Mastodon integration and how a more generic ActivityPub approach might be achieved.
