Configuartion Screen is Messy #2

Login as Admin.
Click Table Maintenance.
Click Configuration.
Look near the bottom right. Instead of "Default entry Date", it just says
"Default" and "entry Date" on the next line.  Can someone fix that so the
whole thing is on the next line instead?
