api/focus: Add all the commands we can potentially backup #1190

This replaces our previous list of commands to restore - that contained both Focus commands and Chrysalis-implemented wrappers - with a list of commands current Kaleidoscope. The list was collected by going through every plugin in Kaleidoscope, and checking which commands are backup-eligible, done as part of keyboardio/Kaleidoscope#1280.
