avr/boards.txt: Add gHeavy's split boards infrastructure #35

This adds the necessary infrastructure to support g Heavy Industries' Ginny, Georgi, and Gergo boards.

While a proper port to these devices is nowhere near done yet, having them in boards.txt makes it easier to do a quick & dirty port.
