Translation doesn't work in website area #11

Translation of Cache Enabler plugin is loaded only in admin area. In website area, Cache Enabler's menu items inside WordPress top bar are not translated.

Please provide specific code evidence for this issue.

There is no specific code for this issue. Just install my Polish translation and try to open webpage. "Clear cache" anchor in admin won't be translated, see screenshot.
