Engintro ( NGINX ) and cache enabler. #146

hello. i have issues with the dynamic cache of engintron (WORK ON TEXT/HTML EXPIRE LIKE CACHE ENABLER).

Because cache enabler we set up in our htacassas text/html is set to 0.

if we set it for more engintron and cache enabler create HTTP error and not direct to https, and a lot of redirection. we think ADVANCE CACHE FILE maybe need be adjusted and if have any recommendation i be happy to hear it. this was my post in engintron about the issue included screenshots: https://github.com/engintron/engintron/issues/1239

i post it here because the issue starts when we install cache enabler. we use before that in Autoptimize now we use both.

if someone can help i be more then glad.

please? help maybe need to pass the cache with nginx? please someone?
