Not getting an index.html at the root level for homepage #4

I can see Cache Enabler creating the directory and .html structure as the website gets browsed and everything works fine except for the homepage.

Under the directory (in this case), /wp-content/cache/cache-enabler/beardifulman.com/

Is empty, there is no index.html file. I can't figure it out. Could it be a conflicting rule from htaccess preventing this page being cached properly?

Any help is appreciated. Site in question is Beardifulman
