Support FAPI OP - Brazil Open Finance (FAPI-BR v2) #510

Description

PAR & private_key_jwt are required in Brazil OpenFinance & JARM is not used.

At least, in conformance suite 5.1.15, Brazil OpenFinance conformance test only support the following configuration:

Client Authentication Type : private_key_jwt Request Object Method : pushed FAPI Response Mode : plain

It corresponds to FAPI OP - Brazil Open Finance (FAPI-BR v2) in Certificate Program by OIDF.
