Horreum: Upload generated JSON file to Horreum. #656

Intro: Our Corporate Horreum where we wanted to publish the data is located under VPN so it is not accessible from outside, and correspondingly it is not possible to publish JSON to there from GitHub. We have discussed another option of publishing the data from Github, i.e. using Jenkins (maybe nightly) job for downloading the data from Github and publishing it to Horreum. There could be another option -> we have introduced our environment and requirements to Horreum team and they will be having JIRA on their side for us, so maybe they will be able to offer a better option.

Implement a way to upload the generated JSON file to Horreum using decided option.

A workaround is implemented, i.e. a Jenkins job is created which works on workdays at certain time, downloads the generated JSON file and uploads it to Horreum. The job is: https://master-jenkins-csb-keycloak-qe.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/view/Performance/job/kb-horreum-upload/
