Client detail page is not showing details properly #543

Description

image AS we can seee in above image the scopes are not properly segregated and text is not properly wrapped. Making its visibility difficult.

image Here we observed that the columns are not properly visible which could be enhanced through a scroll bar. How to Reproduce Go to this page in below flow: Clients >> Select any client >> Authorization >> Evaluate

After evaluating with multiple scopes this issue can be reproduced.

Expectation: Proper segregation, text wrapping and scroll bar for improved visibility for hidden columns
