Remove any mention of Ronald Chernesky #1115

I have been asked to create a PR that removes the Ronald Chernesky profile picture altogether.

Edit: The instructions were clarified - the removal of Ronald Chernesky completely from the site. So I'm removing the page itself, and now cloning the repo so can find where else he is mentioned and remove him from there too.
