Use cf-ipcountry header? See: IP Geolocation.

Should also probably have a region query param, in case customers want to force a specific region.

Default to auto-detect region?

Need to make sure to add EU S3 domain to dashboard CSP.

Can’t use Cloudflare header now that we’re not using them as a proxy.
