I have created a Yaml file and a mjs file.

Yaml file creates the job on opened and reopened pr. launches script file
javascript file (mjs) recognizes the files modified in the last PR. It automatically merges the PR into main if these conditions are met:

Only one file has been modified That file is a valid json That file contains these values: info.application_lifecycle.state == "Confirmed" info.application_lifecycle.first_allocation_time != ""
